I am a sucker for must-read lists. I love reading/listening to books & getting peer suggestions motivates me to read even more. Dave Kerpen’s list is dead on! Seth Godin is my number one as well. He is such a forward thinker and his keen sense of humanity always impresses me. I have read at least all the authors at least once. This list will definitely inspire me to read more.
If anyone feels like starting an on-line reading group, i’d be very interested in sharing some time discussing the book we choose to read together. It might stimulate us to read a little more…and that’s a great thing! It’s just a thought…get in touch if you are interested.
LEM..xo!

Your choices of authors and in particular the selected books are excellent. Having read all of them I heartily concur.
In regards to the recession and doing business I would also recommend Michael Hill’s Toughen Up. He is an extremely successful New Zealand based entrepreneur. His book pulls no punches without being harsh or arrogant. It was by far the best business book I read to assist me as a business owner in the the most challenging moments of the recession. It parallels perfectly with Gitomer and Winget.
PS – I’m well aware the list posted was Kerpen’s and this was a link, I was redirected here to post a comment and so I’m relying on the little cyber cogs to float the message back. 🙂 With hope.
Your blog is great – keep up the great teaching.
Thanks!! Always nice to hear.
